My wife loved New Girl. I don't think I've ever watched it tbh.

It's good for some laughs here and there. Like many sitcoms the plot/believability starts to jump the shark after a few seasons.

New Girl is fun. It gets beyond ridiculous, but it's a fun and easy show.

Yeah, it's nice. Had to make the purchase. I'm about out of wall space in my basement. Started lining the walls going down the steps. Not sure what I'm going to do soon, maybe put on an addition? Start rotating out?

The Crown has a new season out, complete with new casting. It's set in the 1990s, so Charles and Diana are at the forefront. We've only watched two episodes so far, but a few thoughts
Imelda Staunton as QEII is good, obviously. She's about the same age as Elizabeth and Staunton does well.
Dominic West as Charles is interesting casting. I like West and he's fine. Probably too charismatic to play Charles, but is good.
Jonathan Pryce as Prince Philip is great, although Pryce in anything is fine in my book. He has an interesting B story with Natascha McElhone, his co-star in one of my favorite films, Ronin. What's great is she plays a 30 something year old woman, and she was 52 when the scenes were filmed. It works, too.
Elizabeth Debicki as Diana also works, mostly. She was great in The Night Manager (check that out btw) and Tenet. She gets the speech and mannerisms down pretty well. My only issue is she is nearly 6'3" and towers over everyone in a scene. Not sure why they couldn't keep her out of heels and do some camera trickery to make her appear closer to Diana's 5'10".
Anywho, it's entertaining so far.
