The live-action “Knuckles” series at Paramount+ has added five new cast members.

Cary Elwes (“The Princess Bride,” “Robin Hood: Men in Tights”), Stockard Channing (“Grease,” “The West Wing”), Christopher Lloyd (“Back to the Future,” “The Addams Family”), Paul Scheer (“Black Monday,” “Veep”), and Rob Huebel (“Children’s Hospital,” “Bob’s Burgers”) have all joined the series. Details on their characters are being kept under wraps.

As previously announced, Idris Elba will once again voice the character Knuckles as he did in the film “Sonic the Hedgehog 2.” Other cast members include Adam Pally, reprising the role of Wade Whipple, as well as Edi Patterson, Julian Barratt, Scott Mescudi, and Ellie Taylor. Guest stars include Rory McCann and Tika Sumpter, with the latter reprising her role as Maddie.
Just need Aziz in there for the Human Giant reunion.

We've burned through 3 seasons of Succession in under a week. Two episodes into season 4 now. Watching truly crappy/evil people with no one to root for is kind of fun to be honest.

I miss the old Black Mirror.
I figured this was going to be the general consensus. I enjoyed that they leaned more into horror, but it definitely felt like a different show for the most part.

I thought it was the weakest of the season. No idea why they put it first.

Agree so far. Episodes 2 and 3 are much better. I mean, holy hell Beyond the Sea is fantastic. Josh Hartnell and especially Aaron Paul absolutely killed it. Even if the rest of the season is subpar, that episode made this season worthwhile.

Righteous Gemstones is back. Still nuts, and they actually filmed a scene at Darlington Raceway (with Shea Whigham in a cameo) 10 minutes from my old house. Shame I missed the filming. Sturgill Simpson makes another cameo in episode two, and Steve Zahn has a decent role. Good show, if you are into Danny McBride.

Finally got to the last two episodes of Mrs. Maisel. Wasn't the biggest fan of episode 8, but 9 was a fantastic finale. After an excellent first season the show had its ups and downs but was consistently funny and enjoyable. I'm sure I'll give it a rewatch at some point. Brosnahan (who is up for Lois Lane in the new Superman) was consistently great, but the show really hinged on the supporting cast, especially Susie and Abe.

Black Mirror Mazey Day is truly very terrible. Not only is it not a good Black Mirror episode, it’s…
a terrible werewolf story. They sort of missed the whole point/symbolism of werewolves.

FUBAR is a little too jokey for my tastes, but it's not the worst thing I've seen recently. Plus, Arnold's daughter on the show is easy on the eyes.

We finished Succession tonight. Satisfied with the ending and overall all four seasons were very strong.

You’re right about it being terrible. Some of the worst characters in any show I’ve ever watched. The paparazzi dudes being over the top caricatures and Bo being this super smart investigative reporter with ethics and can
one shot a charging werewolf when the cop couldn’t hit it once
was so intellectually insulting

I’ve seen that one, Loch Henry and Joan Is Awful. This latest season is abysmal. I have no interest in watching the other two because they’re over an hour.

Warner gutted the TCM staff. That really sucks. That was one of the last good channels on traditional TV

Wanted me to download an app to read that?

What's the deal? It's all I watch now. Started diving deep in the channel about a year ago. Just realized I've watched over 10 Bogart movies now after seeing my first less than 2 years ago. Have about 100 hours of outstanding movies on my dvr which is stopping me from canceling cable. 30s 40s 50s ++ it's a gold mine
TCM is awesome. And their staff is mostly top tier

Arnold on Netflix was a great watch. Dude has pretty much most interesting man in the world status. Certainly a life unlike any other. Guy had a Jordan level drive to win while being charismatic and not a complete sociopath to those around him.

I haven't watched the Arnold doc yet, but he was a millionaire before he ever was on screen. That's impressive for an immigrant back in the 1970s. Fascinating dude.

They mentioned that in the doc and it was something I never knew. Dude put his bodybuilding money into rentals and real estate and was big time before he was even bigger time.
