This week’s Sunny was great. Probably the best of the season so far.

I can laugh at the fact Jimmy does indeed play nothing but his hits for the past 20 years (with a few deep tracks thrown in).Ah nice, nice. Very Buffett of you. I love that piña colada song.As a Buffett fan, I agree. This week’s Sunny was great. Probably the best of the season so far.

It's definitely a little out there. I am not remotely a fan of Jonah Hill but I thought his acting in it was superb.
Oh - and - I love that you have to pay attention in every episode - there are clues and callbacks all over the place.

Out of nostalgia, I watched the first couple of Magnum PI reboot episodes.
It’s a pretty standard derpy network show in the vein of a less edgy NCIS or cop procedural.
The first episode has some ridiculous CGI enhanced stunts that involve the totaling of two Ferraris, including a vintage 308 that looked like the one from the original series. But it’s light hearted, and my sons liked it. So I guess we’ll watch it when we can.
Man in the High Castle is enjoyable, but still is missing something for me. It’s beautifully shot, excellent production design, and well acted (Togumi is a badass), but there is something that keeps it from being a top notch show for me. It’s certainly better than the book, however.
The Deuce has been good, and has been renewed for a third and final season. I guess it doesn’t get an extended run because it doesn’t win any awards?

I’ve only watched the first two Magnum PI episodes, and the characters are enjoyable enough that I’ll continue to watch it.

Just saw an ad for The Conners... So they're continuing Roseanne... Without Roseanne?
I don't particularly care one way or the other, but was unexpected.

That was in talks for a while. She signed away all the rights to allow the rest of the cast to keep making money and continue the show. That said, I don't see it having longterm drawJust saw an ad for The Conners... So they're continuing Roseanne... Without Roseanne?

rewatching Friday Night Lights for the 2nd time. This is one of the most ridiculous shows I've ever seen and I enjoy every minute of it.

Yeah, I think it'll only go one or two seasons. I hope the first episode reveals that Roseanne has been dead the whole revival and Dan was just finally writing his novel. That was in talks for a while. Love this show. I'll probably give it a third rewatch at some point. It's ridiculous but so likeable AND has Tami Taylor, Lyla Garrity, Tyra Collette, and Julie Taylor.rewatching Friday Night Lights for the 2nd time. This is one of the most ridiculous shows I've ever seen and I enjoy every minute of it.

I aleays considered it Dan's show really so I am happy it gets to wind down gracefully instead of just disappearing because of some twitter nonsense. That was in talks for a while.
