My absolutely favorite cast from Law and Order is on right now.

Jerry Orbach, Chris Noth, S. Epatha Merkerson, Michael Moriarty, Jill Hennessy, and Stephen Hill.
Chris Noth is dead to me. Jerry Orbach is tops, though. I loved him being paired with Jesse L. Martin.
This is the correct answer.
No love for Sam Waterston? I enjoyed when he, Orbach, Hill, Merkerson, etc. were on. Not sure if Fred Thompson overlapped during that time at all.
Waterston was fine until Southerlyn came on and Fred Thompson was there.

When he becomes acting DA he's terrible.

Oz was a good show but it had one of those awful endings to a series. One of the worst I’ve seen. Maybe even worse than Dexter.

I always hoped they’d do a “wrap up” movie.

I don't recall the ending to Oz, but I definitely enjoyed the show. It's one that I'll probably re-watch at some point.

The only thing I remember about Oz from catching it on HBO as a teenager were the ridiculous amount of male genitalia in that show. I mean... It made sense given the setting, but it was somewhat jarring as someone that was more accustomed to Red Shoe Diaries at the time.

My favorite thing about Oz was when my sister stumbled upon the scene where
Adebisi infects the Italian dude with AIDS
Her reaction was priceless.

You either needed to watch it at the time or have nostalgia for it because I can tell you as a guy that has neither, Oz doesn't hold up at all.

The Seinfeld in Oz skit from SNL does, though.

So long as it excluded half of the original cast. I stopped watching with 1-2 seasons to go because of how bad the show was getting.

Piven is so unlikable.

And why doesn’t spellcheck recognize “unlikable”?

I agree that Oz doesn’t hold up. Tried to rewatch a couple years ago, and only got through a couple episodes.

He was on the Gary Shandling Show, if that helps put his age in context.

He had a hair transplant. There's a big, honking scar on the back of his head where they harvested the donor hair.

Some Good News has been outstanding. I have no idea if there will be more episodes past the current 8, given the description of the latest, but I sure as hell hope there are.

Today I realized that The Office and King of Queens overlapped each other for two years. Definitely wouldn't have guessed that. The Office premiered 15 (!) years ago.

It's just John Krasinski highlighting some feel good stories around the world, some special guests doing things every episode. I highly recommend giving it a shot.

Should be getting lots of D+ news today in honor of "Streaming Day."

First up is Muppets Now, an "unscripted" series, coming July 31

I've been holding off watching The Simpsons until this was fixed so that's fun.

I just got to season 5 and some of the episodes have been ridiculous on what's been stretched out. Excited for the change
