I feel like I'm the only Halo fan who doesn't want to see a live action Halo. As much as I like the games, it's not like the story is revolutionary.

I'm a huge fan but from the clip I saw of Ed and the chatter going around I have zero interest. At least the original is on Netflix which is pretty kewl

Season 4 sucked out loud. It's like they had a writing meeting before the season and said "We have to be gritty and hard" then they wore each character down to a nub like an old eraser.
No growth by anyone. Just more of the same. Dumb.

I wish Vince Vaughn wasn't there.
I'm not a fan of his, but if I'm being honest, he's not as annoying as I'd expect him to be.

I am not trying to do schtick here, but this latest episode of Curb...

Josh Gad, Seth Rogan, and heavy use of Vaughn. What the ****?

I miss Danson, Einstein, Lewis, etc.

We definitely need more Lewis. I wonder if he’s having medical issues preventing him from appearing. The last episode I saw him in, he looked really frail.

The new Sex and the City wasn't terrible. Hopefully, it lightens up a bit for the rest of the season.

I can't stand Josh Gad, that said, the Disney Plus Olaf shorts (where he does 2-3 minute recaps of classic Disney films) is great. A lot of adult humor hidden in there.

Yep, this. Wasn't supposed to be in it at all this year because of his health and I guess they were able to get him in last minute

Sex and the City revival: Best character is missing, second best character got terribly distracting lip injections, ***** self righteous shrew is now an old ***** self righteous shrew, horse face looks like a goblin and

someone on the writing staff must have shorted PTON.

I thought it felt like a natural progression and the actors felt at home in their characters. Samantha is sorely missed though.

Toast pops up again next month

Stephen Toast will be returning to TV on January 4, the BBC has confirmed.

Six episodes of Toast Of Tinseltown will follow Matt Berry’s character trying to make it in Los Angeles.

The new series comes more than six years after Toast Of London last aired on Channel 4.

Harry Peacock also reprises his role as Ray Purchase, and the first picture from the new series – above – shows Berry's What We Do In The Shadows co-star Kayvan Novak also has a guest role, as a character called Des Wigwam.

The description of the first episode reads: ‘Toast is becoming increasingly angry and everyone is noticing - even Ray Purchase. There’s no chance of landing the big movie audition in this state.

Hell yeah! Toast of London is outstanding, and the fact that Kayvan will have a guest role makes it that much better.

Other guest stars:

UPDATE: Other guest stars over the six-part series will include Portlandia’s Fred Armisen as Russ Nightlife; Susan Wokoma as Nina Armenian, Rashida Jones as Billie. Meanwhile Robert Bathurst is back as Toast's landlord Ed Howzer-Black and Tim Downie returns as sound engineer Danny Bear.

Gad was good, Rogen was good, Vaughn has been good. I don't see what all the fuss is about.

I binged season two of City on a Hill recently. It's not a great show, but it's pretty entertaining and Kevin Bacon gives an absolutely fantastic performance.
