I very much enjoyed the whole season, but especially the ending.

Started watching Animal Kingdom (catching up on Prime) and burned through the first season and a half. It's very reminiscent of Sons of Anarchy as there are no redeeming characters, but there are fewer car chases cut to music. Not bad but nothing special.

Which show? The last page has about 3-4 shows mentioned at the bottom of the page.

Cool! I'm not there yet. Really enjoying season 2 though.

Evidently, the show was shot in Western PA. I didn't know there were that many prison-like structures in the 412.

Saw Where'd you go Bernadette this weekend. Had no idea that it was filmed in Pittsburgh (takes place in Seattle). My wife figured it out because she was able to pick out that one of the restaurant scenes was filmed at the Ace Hotel. We then both spotted local stage actors that we knew who had bit parts.

I forget the line, but someone (an extra) definitely dropped a Pittsburgh accent at one point and I noted it to my wife.

Interesting read on Holt McCallany: https://www.hollywoodreporter.com/live- ... rs-1231758

-He puts on 15 pounds when he gets off the plane in Pittsburgh, to get into character.
-He actually wrote letters to meet with Berkowitz, Kemper, and Bobby Beausoleil. Berkowitz approved the meeting, but stood him up when he got to the prison. Kemper never wrote back, and he actually got to meet Beausoleil. Pretty cool.
-The show hasn't been renewed, but will not return to Pittsburgh when it films again.

Season two:
Damon Herriman, already a favorite of mine from Justified, is unreal in his portrayal of Manson. Hopefully he gets some Emmy love next year. And he was also Manson in Once Upon a Time in Hollywood, too. Very cool.

How does he lose the 15 pounds afterwards? Asking for a friend.

We're halfway through this, and so far loving it. I don't know where I read this, but if you watch, let the credits roll and you'll get to a 20 minute behind the scenes Q&A with the audience.

lol, the local morning show had a FB thread that acted like it was a great tragedy. Why does everyone carry the water for her?

Jessi Combs, who filled in for Kari Byron on Mythbusters while she was on maternity leave, was killed in a jet-car crash yesterday while attempting to beat her own land speed record. She also hosted a few other series but I knew her best from her time as a Mythbuster.

Easily the gayest thing I'll say on here, but I just found out that there is a Great British Bake Off masterclass with just Paul and Mary Berry baking and I couldn't be more excited. Looks like Netflix is also adding the new season on a weekly basis as they air in the UK

Heyyy...guess who's driving to Tampa on Friday to drop a friend's second car to his new house?

Ugh.
Dodint? It seems like a dodint type post...sorry.
haha. Friend.

You jest.

Actually, when I was going to buy that Porsche in Jersey I was going to see if you wanted to grab lunch. Raid your sack, whatever. Shame that didn't work out.

I’m home sick today and decided to check out The Boys. I’m probably going to binge the entire season right now, because this show is great.
