Sunny returns for season 15 on 12/1.
Only 8 episodes. Sucks but better than 0.

Haha, **** Bombay. This show needed more of him, not less.

Hey, give it a chance. That's a novel setting that has yet to be explored in film and television.

Watched the entire season of Dopesick on Hulu this weekend. Tracks well with the book, but if I remember, the book follows the woman that made the oxy deaths website much more than the show did. Keaton is great per usual, and that part is completely fictionalized, but important for telling the story of the doctor / pharma rep relationship. And I think the show brings in much more information on the Sackler family and how they were running things during that period, maybe some info from that book that recently came out? Didn't look at the credits, but they might have consulted with that Patrick Radden Keefe dude.

I think the show does well to address the storytelling piece here, the interplay between corporations and criminals versus corporations and criminal activity, and how the system is designed so well to allow the corporate criminal behavior to be permitted and encouraged by the government.

Did anyone watch the premiere of Dexter? If so, thought?

I'm going to wait for the season to be over, or close, so I can binge it.

I'm going to wait for the entire season as well. I'm going to finish Das Boot season 2 and then American Rust, with Jeff Daniels and filmed in Pittsburgh last year. I've heard good things about it, and Jeff Daniels is well, Jeff Daniels.

I turned on some Quantum Leap as a homage to Dean Stockwell. Sam sings Imagine during the episode, twice. I wonder what that would cost to license today.

Also, a Patrick Warburton sighting.

I hope they never stop making Sunny. When Devito dies, just throw him in the trash and continue on. I want nursing home Sunny.

It feels like it's been three years since they had a new episode.

*edit* So....I thought the last episode was Mac Finds His Pride. Which was the finale for Season 13. I missed 14 completely somehow.

Danny Devito looks like he has been 75 since the 1970s.

So apparently, he's not anti, though it's not clear if he ever got the vax even after having long-haul covid: https://deadline.com/2021/11/emilio-est ... 234869916/

That’s good, at least. I’m still bothered that none of you schmucks - a few in particular - got my reference.
