Source of the post SEAL Team is still pretty entertaining.
Agreed (though maybe next time spoiler the latest episode?). S.W.A.T. is another new show that is actually very good.

That info was on multiple commercials/promos for that episode, but I'll spoiler it next time. :thumb:

I think they promote that show a lot during the NFL telecasts, as that's the only live primetime show we watch. It seems like I'd seen the SEAL Team episode promo a dozen times before last night's show.

Honestly, every host save for Richard Dawson and Ray Combs were ****.

Really enjoyed The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel especially the comedy club scenes. Could do without a lot of the personal scenes, but they help set up the comedy, so it is what it is.

Now on to an as yet undecided next series binge.

Through 4 episodes of Electric Dreams on Amazon. Basically a sci-fi twighlight zone. Some episodes have better ideas than execution, but so far, they've been enough to keep me watching.

Sometimes I'll turn on the Steve Harvey version just to troll my wife, and because Family Feud was probably my favorite game show as a kid, aside from maybe that "no whammy" game. The categories are ripe for just like crude sexual innuendo and terrible modern culture references. It is truly "the worst".

The J Peterman year(s?) weren't as bad as you think. He was down right adequate, even.

G/F and I watch lots of Family Feud from 6-8 when I'm working from home at night. It's the Steve Harvey version.. it's pretty bad. As TL said the innuendo stuff on both the questions and answers just makes you shake your head haha. I feel like whoever puts the answers up on the board purposely tries to make it sound as sexual/weird as possible. It's funny at times but wayyyy to much most of the time.

Ray Combs is who I remember watching growing up. The Richard Dawson stuff was before my time, but watching old episodes he was very good. I forgot Louie Andersen even hosted.. as well as Al from Home Improvement at one point.

Also speaking to TL's point.. the original Press Your Luck was top 3 best game shows ever. The newer version "Whammy" was not nearly as good.

I loved Press Your Luck as well. Still find it amazing that some Rain Man deciphered the pattern and won a ton of dough.

Her husband is the worst. The personal scenes need more Monk.

There's really a lot of parallels to Joan Rivers, but enough differences so that Rivers' estate can't sue.

A week prior to yesterday, GSN had a 1 hour special about the Press Your Luck scandal and Michael Larson. They also replayed the 1 hour show from 1984, where he won $110,000.

Timeless returns for season 2 on NBC on March 11th. I'm glad that it was picked up, because my wife and I enjoy the show.

My wife started watching The Resident. It's a pretty original premise, a group of young attractive doctors treat patients and clash with the old guard administration on nearly every issue.
