Yinz know yinz want teh Fan gear

https://937thefan.radio.com/fan-store
I’m overwhelmed by the variety.
I spent a full minute looking for other options on the page.

It's literally two options.

Pomp sounded like he was getting annoyed with Starkey this morning.

Joe made a comment about Pomp texting or tweeting right after the news about Hue Jackson broke, and Pomp gave him a "I can multitask you know."

Did the PM team really spend their whole show yesterday on Bell vs Connor? Mullzy just sounds so dumb trying to defend Bell. Dunno if it’s manufactured for their show or if he really believes it. I know you have three hours to fill (ok, like 90 minutes of actual content) but there was a Steeler game and they just talked about Bell vs Connor for the 100th time like there was new news or something. Ugh.

These guys LOVE to sound condescending and smart by retweeting the idiots that tweet at them.

Like this guy:
"@ChrisMuellerPGH Heard you saying Conner is like top 3 RB right now and have Barkley at 2 who is a Penn state guy but you put down Conner when it comes to Bell so you put down a Pitt guy and root for Penn state guy in Barkley Since you went to Penn st"

So "Mullzy" just quote retweets with a "#WeAre" (sarcasm because I know he's not a real PSU guy...)

Another one: anyone follow that Steelers Depot guy on Twitter? Will hand it to him for putting forth a solid website with free content - but man, the dude couldn't be any more condescending/arrogant to people online.

Joke's on me for following them though I suppose.

I have heard Mullzy use the word "pillory" no less than 3 times this week. Guaranteed to hear "ethos" once a day. His new favorite phrase is "the worm has turned" - I've heard it every day this week as well.

He's like a walking "Word Power" from Reader's Digest. "How many fifty-cent words can I jam into a 4 hour broadcast in one of the most blue-collar sports towns ever?"

Yep. Something to keep in mind while Mullzy's livin' the good life with his craft beer, dog, nice looking wife and kid on the way. And Pittsburgh Dad Jr. chillin' all day in his McMansion. These guys are doing life right.

Also - wonder how many spots lower the X would be without Madden & the Pens.

Took a late lunch and tuned in at 2PM to see what the PM Team was yakking about. Topic is Connor vs Bell again! Holy **** these two are milking this situation. They should send a thank you card to Bell for giving them lots of hot take material. They’ll still be talking about it when the playoffs start.

Mullzy thinks they would have a better record if Bell reported. Well he didn’t report. Such a dumb argument too that Bell is a better running back. By career standards? Yes but Bell has been around longer. By recent play? Connor is better. And for Mullzy to want to see three more good games from
Connor in order to think “he can carry the water” is just laughable. We’re in the second half of the season dude.

Also, has anyone heard them take calls about this subject? I can’t remember.

I really wish 970AM was local sports all day.

Everything that comes out of Mullzy's mouth on this beat to death topic is such an embarrassment to humanity that I can't see how it's not just a contrived controversy for the show.

Did he talk like that during his show with Starkey? I can’t remember. I also don’t remember if he did during his late night show. Because I could totally see him using the fifty cent words to look smart against Poni.

And now the Pittsburgh Hockey Night show, where we will just replay Madden's hockey interviews from his regular show.
