I actually think that's illegal, IIRC you pay up front for the time you select. If you cancel prior to that - they can't remove you for the time you've already paid for.

Yeah, you might want to email them and get that straightened out. They were having site issues over the weekend, so that might be the issue as well.

On a positive note, I enjoy the new Steelers guy, Dale Lolley. A better writer than Kaboly, and I like his day-before-the-game preview article. It reminds me of Dave Molinari's "On the Penguins" articles from the early Crosby days.

Dejan is the Taylor Swift of sportswriters. Can't keep anyone around, but it's never his fault.

When was the last time DJ Gallo tweeted anything remotely funny? Has to be at least one lifetime. Maybe two.

I'd be pissed if I was the other DK hockey writers. Basically DK was speaking for the other hockey writers by saying they all agreed with the decision to fire Katie. Does he run his site like Survivor? Methinks she won't be talking to Matt G or DK anytime soon. Its like his site is the high school lunch room and you all decide to boot someone from the table.

So Yohe leaves. DK says he's taking over the Penguins beat then Katie is hired and he praises her like a godess. I thought she was taking over the beat. Then Matt G comes on and its like a committee then this new guy. Notice how with the new guy (and Dale on the Steeler side) DK keeps mentioning the word "professional" as they were in the print industry. Maybe Katie wasn't professional enough for DK? I don't recall commenters saying anything negative about her. Or maybe she felt like she was being pushed to the side when she used to be the main beat person for NHL.com (she even moved back to the area due to family reasons) and felt like she was replaced on DKPS by Dejan Jr (Matt G) and the dude from the small town newspaper. So weird and dramatic.

I remember thinking he was funny 7 or 8 years ago.

I'm going to go with 12-15 years ago. Sportspickle was funny, then he started going down hill when he started writing little blurbs for ESPN.

Listening to Pittsburgh Dad Jr. a) report a fake trade from a fake account and then b) having to backtrack on it and act like it was no big deal this morning was comical.

That's exciting. What did he report? I must have been listening to DVE's combative interview with Gene Simmons.

For the most part I'll listen to some DVE in the morning and I like when they have Cam on BUT they went full yinzer this morning and I shut it off. The great question of, "they played renegade twice Cam! What did you think of the double renegade?"

Cam's always a good guest. I did enjoy when they asked if all of the Steelers kind of adopt Pitt as their second favorite college football team and his response was "well I mean not Artie and Chickillo".

Yeah, too bad for Bob in accounting and Susie in HR.

Sorry, but I always laugh at “on-Air talent”. Like all those female sideline reporters... talent? Or looks? Or all those “analysts”... I.e. former players who got that job on that alone.

Some are good though. I think most like SVP, for example. And Buccigross.

Starkey and Mullzey yesterday..They are talking about stuff upcoming on the show and Eli Manning and Mullzey goes "And now Joe has an audible..speaking of Manning. It was Peyton's favorite one". I think Joe is going to change the topics up or something or talk about Peyton. Then Joe goes "That's right. I say Omaha, Omaha around my house. Yes, Omaha Steaks..." Then does a sales pitch for them. Jesus, so much cringe.
