200 signatures? That's about 190 more than I expected.

Explain why you're one of them :pop: :slug:

This is the same guy that thought he was impressing/intimidating his neighbors by dragging his weight bench out into his driveway and "pumping iron."
I guess you get to do that when you're undefeated in the streets.

What's funny about that is he doubled down on it in two separate tweets that were a month apart.

There was a bonus self-righteous tweet in the responses too:

You know he helped Jesse out that one time

Pittsburgh Dad Jr. going on and on today on Twitter about how Pitt should get Phil Jurkovec. You know Pittsburgh Dad Jr. is this crazy about Phil because he is a guy from Pittsburgh.

Zeise, what a legend. Twitter thread started by Pittsburgh Dad Jr. celebrating Zeise’s crazy drive time to Notre Dame Four years ago. Zeise comments about a short trip to Charlotte and basically admitting to speeding so fast the engine almost shut down:

Putting everyone’s life in danger in that trip. Legendary.

I can’t remember if he blasted AB or not for speeding on McKnight Road.

what makes me not believe that is the stretch of 19 you would have to take thru Summersville or the extra distance thru Charlie West. Also he didn’t get slowed down by the eternal mess where 70 and 79 separate in Little Washington?

Chicago is the same distance, I’d buy that drive in 5:58 if you don’t stop.

I got from Washinton PA to South Bend in a crazy amount of time about 10 years ago. I cant remember exactly what I clocked in at but left Wash PA at 5pm and met my friends at a South Bend Applebees by halftime of the Thursday night WVU-UConn game (shoutout Big East football) that started at 7.

Caught some random hockey talk on da fan today. Got to listen to Tab Douglas sound silly as he railed against Letang, suggested trading him because he turns the puck over 3-4 times a game, him and Geno are the first to go off script, there are GMs that foolishly think he’s a Norris contending d-man, and that the reason he would move him is the potential return and because the Pens have Schultz. Maybe they should stick to other topics.

Pittsburgh to Charlotte: 448 miles via 79 and 77. Average speed at 5h 58m: 75.29 mph.

Now that's average speed, which obviously doesn't include stopping for gas, sitting in traffic, or slowing down because of rush hour, construction, etc. That gas stop is gonna be 10 minutes minimum, probably closer to 15 once you hit the restroom and grab something to drink. The 10-15 minute gas stop alone would put his average speed closer to 80 mph.

I've done that run a few times...Like someone else said, Summersville can be a nightmare with the lights and traffic. But probably still faster than going through Charleston (did that too).

It's at least an extra 30-45 minutes easy to go I-77 to I-79 through Charleston.

He wouldn’t exist in pretty much any other market. His radio show is a joke.

Starkey is a such a grating and annoying person. Tried to be entertaining and just isn’t. All his his shows have stunk. I tuned in yesterday and it was just him and Pomp. Starkey was in the middle of talking and then just stops and calls out Pomp for texting on his phone and then proceeds to argue with him.

I don't know how he exists in this market, which is one of the 25 largest. I mean he's not the Myron Cope yinzer god local flavor type that no other market would get. He's just... bad.

From ME:
They did say something this morning that threw me off. They said they'd talk about entertainment, and the like, but over saturate with sports.

I don't know how they are going to be able to concentrate on sports mostly 24-7 and be able to keep interest talking about the same subjects over and over, especially if you get callers asking the same questions worded differently day after day.
Turns out, they really can't and it's trash 24/7.
