1 thing I will never do again is "live reads" to place an ad w/in the context of the show. Did 'em at at 1250. Have refused to do 'em at the X. Compromises integrity&flow. On the B team the other day, they went from ads, to a 5-min segment featuring a live read, back to ads. Ugh.

Zeise did the 6PM update last Friday before his show. I think the update started at 6:07. He rambled his way through it (kind of sounded drunk) and then around 6:11 his show’s theme music started. The show starts and then five minutes later goes to commercial break and then another ultra important update ten minutes after the last!

Sports is a pretty low priority for them. It’s like a sports variety show station.
