I made it 2 minutes with umahumshumumerrrr Zeise this morning. That was plenty.

Look, Fan, just quit pretending and either go with Pittsburgh Dad Jr. as solo, with Colony around fir occasional drop in, or get rid of Pittsburgh Dad Jr. and start over in the morning.

Oh that's right he started as 1/3 of Sheibel, Schtarkey, and Milluh (shoutout Vinman) and that was forever ago so I can see 7 years.
Wasn't the initial morning show Sheibel, Jon Burton, and Colony? I honestly don't remember. Forgettable lineup.

It was Alexander, Burton, and Colony.

Seibel and Starkey were afternoons.

Phillaponi was 6-10 and Miller was 10-2.

Gregg Giannotti was there too. He was 6-10 I think and Fillipponi followed him.

I think Giannotti was 6-10 and Phillaponi overnight..no? then moved up when Giannotti took over the morning show slot. I think Miller started with Phillaponi from 6-10.

Wow, completely forgot about Paul Alexander. What is he up to nowadays?

I liked Mueller's late night show. I listened during the height of the PSU scandal and it was entertaining to hear him rail against PSU.

I didn't like Seibel or Alexander, too swarmy. Starkey works better with Mueller.

Seibel is evidently out of broadcasting.

I remember calling in to the fan in winter 2014 when I was home from work sick, Cook was on the line talking about how they needed to extend Pedro. I said that would be a bad idea (for the reason that he was too close to FA and it would be too expensive to extend him to his FA years). Cook is a perpetual bad take generator and for that reason has a column and a radio show.

A lot to unpack here, up to and including the closing line.

Someone complained about it on twitter and he listed the times they talked this morning from 8-8:30. I don't know if that's actual talk time, or stupid fan morning updates included.
that's interesting, because we talked from 803-8:12 then 8:15-8:19.30 and then again 8:26-8:30.
I have it all timed out and documented.
I feel like 17 minutes is a decent amount of time, but I find that it's not 17 minutes of decent discussion. Filler and nonsense probably is half of that time.

He was screaming at some guy -- actually yelling at him -- this morning around 8:50 and so my listening period lasted a good 20-30 seconds.

Good to know we can't fault the Steelers for taking Polamalu. Wasn't sure if the jury was still out or not.

Tab had some draft guy on this weekend panning every draft pick and had some authentic pretzel logic on the QB pick.

He thought the OK St qb was a late round guy, but if the Steelers had a first round grade on him, then they were stupid to pass on him twice.

If anything, an expert that goes on with Tab Douglas to pan the draft, is the best indication that this is a winning draft class.

I think the guy was just complaining about the number of commercials vs. the amount of talk. I hadn't heard what KTK was saying about more time talking, but I doubt it's true.

Why am I having a hard time believing those times?

KTK is probably right when suggesting that those times may include Da Fan updates and probably the CBS Sports Update too.
