A Choco Taco only contains one cakelike layer.

∴ a Choco Taco is not a sandwich

Is it only 1 layer because it consists of one piece wrapped around? Wouldn't that still be 2 layers?

like I said about hot dogs, the intention is for it to be one piece.

If I take a basketball and start playing soccer with it, the basketball doesn't magically become a "soccer ball". It is a basketball used to play soccer.

If you think a hot dog isn't a sandwich, then a choco taco isn't an ice cream sandwich. You can't say yes to one and no to the other.
