If all these accusation arose independently I would give them more weight. The fact they were all generated by a known sleazeball attorney still clouds it for me.

I work with an attorney that loves class actions and the bulk of the effort goes to building a large plaintiff pool. This looks very similar.

It leads to dumb dumbs that haven't seen a single piece of direct evidence declaring that he must have done something, then applying pressure to private employers to penalize the individual.

And CLE's shittbag collusion after the fact by giving DW a rigged contract is effectively consciousness of guilt imo; that's not a negotiating point CLE is interested in (they've given DW a 100% guaranteed contract, what do they care how his potential fines or loss of salary are calculated), so that came from DW resigning himself to the inevitability of a long sit.
