Carson Wentz stinks

I'll take the 18:3 TD/INT ratio...basically all of the interceptions are complete clown tries...but he just has to make a play on 3rd & 7 once in a while and Jonathan Taylor and Nyheim Hines take care of the rest. He's also doing it with almost no receiving help. Young Michael Pittman has been really good, but there isn't much there at WR or TE. Our most dynamic receiving threat is Nyheim Hines...

That's uncommonly bad. What is more likely here: at least 2 of the 5 eligible receivers on that play had the wrong hot reads and went to the wrong spot/ran wrong routes; or that this was a goat screw from the play call?
