Carl Nassib with the strip sack at the end was a nice touch.

It is very confusing to me that there's both an NFL receiver and an MLB player named "Hunter Renfrow/Renfroe"

I don't give two craps about the teams involved, but the first two Thursday games have been exciting.

I do not approve of mid-season Hard Knocks. The show is excellent and I love watching it every year, but doing it in the middle of what will (probably) be a playoff push is a hard no-go for me.

If teams 'qualify' for HK and are selected, they have to do it. Like, there isn't an opt-out option. Is that the same for the mid-season version of the show?

Maybe Hard Knocks is the strip club Jim Irsay goes to to buy all of his blow...? Hopefully it just follows him around and leaves the team alone...

It would be nice to put a spotlight on Darius Leonard, who is one of the best players in the NFL...

Yeah, dude can ball for sure. But having spent just a single day at Cowboys' training camp this summer, you couldn't avoid the HK crew. They were doing their best to stay out of the way and whatnot, but there were multiple snaps where players had to navigate around this or that camera op or boom mic. And that's just the physical interruption, never mind the intrusion into the meeting rooms and off-field interviews and all that.

Having that crew embedded with a team is a huge disruption, which is why I hope the Steelers never have to deal with it. That said, I don't know the scope of the mid-season show yet; maybe it won't be as bad.
