Oh cool. Good for your grandmother. What does that have to do with police brutality?
Nothing. He is saying don't criticize him for standing during the anthem as he feels the flag represents and opportunity his grandmother took advantage of to make a better life. He never said people that kneel are bad.

I don't even mind that they gave up two first-round picks to get him. Adams is 21 and he's established himself as one of the top safeties in the league. He and Diggs will be the best safety combo they've had since Chancellor & Earl Thomas.

Wilson is 30, so the Seahawks have probably 3 more years with him in his relative prime. Bobby Wagner & KJ Wright are each 29 with a lot of LB miles on each of them. If the o-line can just get to average, the window for SB contention is probably open for a solid 2-3 years with this new core.

Well, “that’s” going to be the reason the Pats suck this year.

Not that other thing.

Re the Pats players opting out

Hightower is a big name to be sitting, but I'm not sure those other players are all that impactful. Between those 2 running backs, they combined for 16 carries and 16 receptions last year (one of which was on another team).

Can you be suspended without pay if you're unemployed?

My guess is that happens if he signs a contract for this year.

The League's previous stance was that it would be inappropriate to announce a suspension for a free agent, which sort of implied the League was out of the Boomin' Business, er, business. I wonder if there's a specific team that's committing to signing him, and they wanted some certitude re the suspension before putting pen to paper.

Good. Hopefully the rumors he was coming here are over.

Levy is a good hockey guy, let's hope it translates to football.

Levy isn't a great pxp guy really. Getting better at football, but going back and listening to some of those old ESPN games, he wasn't as good as I thought at the time...

Riddick is really good, but in general it seems like a placeholder crew until a big name (Al Michaels) becomes available.

I think you're traumatized by the 5OT game.
