Looks like a crescent moon that has the exact same color as the ram horn.

I'm sure there's a reason for that. I'm going with: the sun went down on the franchise.

Now I can't unsee the crescent moon. However, if I'm being honest, I actually think the helmet design looks pretty nice for a modern-era logo.

Cam Newton signed a 1 year deal with the Patriots

I have a take. Assuming they're both healthy, Newton is a better QB than Tom Brady on this day of 2020. The Pats are now better than they were last year imo

The biggest improvement the Buccs got from adding Tombrady is that Jameis Winston is comprised largely of turnovers; he had multiple individual games where he came close to throwing as many picks as TB12 threw all season last year. I haven't jumped too deep into the stats, so I'm not sure how many points off turnovers Tampa opponents scored, vs how many extra possessions they gave the bad guys, etc. to know how much that directly impacted the outcomes of specific games. (I'm not even sure it's quantifiable, because there's a strong butterfly effect at play)
