I deal with this crap all the time working for Georgia Dept of Transp.
we have a roadside assistance program called HERO. these guys drive bright green Ford F550 with a million strobes and message board mounted on the top and STILL people plow into them when they're on the shoulder helping motorists with flat tires and such. :face:
