As happy as we all no doubt are for our 5AF brother @RonnieFranchise, let's not shy away from embracing the clear and obvious WIN this news is for humankind in general.

It’ll probably be on the free tier.

It's not. It's on the premium tier. So you'd have to pay 4.99 to watch it (one month sub)

Lol well that’s silly. I will say, though, that Peacock is surprisingly solid.

Also the blue checks in the replies complaining about having to pay for something that used to be free is pretty funny.

NBC Universal banking hard on sports.

Peacock has like 22 million subscribers, which is bottom of the barrel of the big name streaming services.

I’m amazed at how far I had to scroll until someone without a blue checkmark’s response

That’s part of why they pay. Blue checks get priority.

WAHD

They just............ didn't they just sign the Fanduel deal a year ago?

The show is great, off-the-cuff, raw, howzit-goin-boyz, banter. Sort of everything ESPN is not. Are they even gonna be able to make passive aggressive fun of Andrew Siciliano's height now? Is RapSheet still the punching bag? Can they still curse?

There's something goofy going on with that though. She's the Mom of one of his friends apparently so the whole thing is cringey and weird.

Doesn't make it ok, and he does need to get himself straight (ha) and treat people with respect. There's plenty of stories about him treating service industry workers badly as though he's entitled. Which is amazing because I haven't heard one bad word about his brother (or honestly Brittany from anybody that's interacted with her in the flesh). And there's plenty of stories of famous KC athletes being dicks, so his talent isn't covering up for him.
Re Mahomes's brother. I knew I remembered there was something that came out making this really weird when it happened in February:
Mahomes appeared in court to seek a modification to his bond that would allow him to have contact with four friends, who are also witnesses in the case.
The judge granted that modification with one exception, denying Mahomes's request to contact one of the four witnesses. He will not be allowed to contact a witness believed to be the former stepdaughter of one of the alleged victims in the case.
That witness claimed to be the 22-year-old influencer's best friend and said it had been difficult not talking to Mahomes in recent months. Despite that, the judge still denied the request while allowing that no contact order to be revisited after the case's initial hearing in August.
So his best friend is the victim's former stepdaughter :pop:

He is now a part of the Disney family.... As much as he says nothing will change there is no way the show doesn't get scaled back in terms of the edgier jokes/swears

This would be true if he wasn't going from 30 mil a year to 10 mil... don't get it,
He is now a part of the Disney family.... As much as he says nothing will change there is no way the show doesn't get scaled back in terms of the edgier jokes/swears
This is the really bad part... they are going to nerf the living **** out of that show.

No, but I think the daughters of Harry and William should be now that the House of Windsor has been obliquely referenced by Disney in their legal filings surrounding Florida/Reedy Creek. (Hon mentions to Megan Markle and Kate Middleton)

new rule just passed: if the ball lands between the 25 and end zone, the returner can fair catch it and they then get the ball at the 25

kick returns are slowly dying. Would be surprised if they exist at all in 10 years
