It's fun to be a part of something big. But if they were paying attention a little more than they had all season, then maybe would've thought twice about lumping themselves in with that lot of fans.I know more than a handful of people who didn’t watch more than a single Eagles game every year until this January, and they all seem to be yelling the loudest on Facebook this week.

It’s just odd to me. I don’t care that casual fans are enjoying the win, not at all. But going from not knowing a single player in January to posting “WAKE UP PEOPLE, GET LOUD, WE’RE WINNING IT ALL!! THIS IS OUR TIME!!” (direct quote) is a bit much. One of these chumps even stopped by my cube to brag about there being no parade in Pittsburgh this year. That was amusing.

Two people at my company, both not only don't like sports, but have made some comments about sports being the enemy...both called out to go to the parade today...meanwhile, legit Eagles fans were working...I just don't understand some people...

Correct me if I'm wrong, but since the Flyers Cup wins in the 70s to today, Philly has had three pro sports victory parades. During that same time, Pittsburgh has had around a dozen such parades, including multiple instances of back-to-back championships and two individual years with two parades. It gets expensive after awhile. One of these chumps even stopped by my cube to brag about there being no parade in Pittsburgh this year. That was amusing.

I wonder if he would like to coach the Colts...
He did mention to me before that one of his influences was Jeff Saturday...is it tampering if we want to interview a player to not play...? Maybe Irsay will put down that oddly hot spoon and give him a ring...

Unfortunately, they've had 4 -- 1980 & 2008 with the Phillies, 1983 with the Sixers (I loved Dr. J when I was a youngster), and today with the Eagles. I believe Pittsburgh would have had 12 (6 for Steelers, 5 for Penguins, 1 for Pirates) and maybe 13 if they threw Pitt a parade for the 1976 national title in football.Correct me if I'm wrong, but since the Flyers Cup wins in the 70s to today, Philly has had three pro sports victory parades. The last baseball game that I attended where I actually cared was when Bonilla tried to turn a double into a triple and got roasted from center field; everyone knows which game I'm referring to. I did go to a game after PNC Park opened, but I enjoyed the view of the city more than the actual game.

Despite winning their first SB in franchise history, Eagles fans cannot stop screaming about Cris Collinsworth. I get that he was really off his game last Sunday, but let it gooooooo
