but of course we don’t know all the details so I did jump the gun. But the fact that it’s at a nightclub doesn’t change anything

It’s not like nightclubs are some magical land where laws don’t have jurisdiction

I mean I guess we’re going to find out as this thing goes to court. But I think you guys have a weird sense of the world if you think kicking the **** out of someone at a nightclub won’t bring about legal punishment

He was already out. Didn't get jailtime for the stuff he did while he was in the league. :lol:

I have worked in the arena of criminal records for the last 7+ years...I have probably perused a six digit number of criminal records, there just isn't a ton of prison time offered for how this kind of thing presents itself...a random night club scuffle where no critical injury was sustained...

Probation? Sure. Fines? Sure. A trial? Yeah, sure. Prison time, even ignoring celebrity status, not as likely...

I remember him being a beast for the Gamecocks, back when they used to beat Clemson all the time. His last season for them, he got banged up and basically quit on the team to get ready for the draft. It was the beginning of a long series of injuries for him, unfortunately.
