Nope, definitely packed.
It looks like everybody is in the lower bowl, which sort of defeats the purpose of limiting attendance.

I knew about the cutouts, but there have been plenty of closeups showing people near one another. Could be large parties that have groups of tickets, but who knows. Florida.
