I don’t know, Saints got dinged pretty good. They'll be fined what amounts to pennies, and have a 712th round draft pick taken away.
NFL
And don't forget the Steelers and Tomlin individually were fined following the first BAL game for repeated sideline violations re masks.
The draft is a crapshoot - something like 1/3 of the League is undrafted - so docking teams the 210th overall pick isn't really all that punitive.

The last draft data I saw was from 3 or 4 years ago, and it indicated that 6th and 7th rounders were 50-50 to make a roster for at least 1 game week, and the average career of those picks who do make a team is something like 9 games, or practice squads. That's sort of the literal definition of a crapshoot, especially in the context of docking one of those picks as a punitive measure. It's gestural.

Seems like Eagles and Seahawks are both trying not to win.
Hawks with two failed 4th attempts in scoring range.
Eagles with a missed extra point.
Pederson puts Jalen Hurts in for two snaps (one a false start penalty) and then takes him out.

Wentz had 30 yards passing in the first half. Against the league's worst (or close to it) pass defense in the league.

That’s so Eagles! Picked off in the EZ when you should’ve kicked a FG.

Hurley went inside the numbers and showed that Brady’s production has dropped markedly after the addition of the star wide receiver in October. Prior to Brown’s arrival, Brady completed 66.2% of his passes, threw for 2,189 yards, 20 touchdowns and 4 interceptions. Since Brown joined, Brady’s completion percentage has dipped to 60.8%, while he has thrown for only 766 yards, 5 touchdowns and 5 interceptions in three games.
Some of Tampa Bay’s prominent team stats have been impacted by Brown, too. After going 6-2 in their first eight games, the Bucs have dropped two of their last three with Brown on the roster. The offense has also seen its average points per game dip from 31 to 24, as Hurley noted.

Sounds familiarBoth Florio and Hurley noted that Brady primarily targets Brown, with the latter writing the number of targets for Brown increases by the week and that “Brady has locked in on Brown and forced passes that would have been better off going somewhere else.” Brown led the Bucs in targets (13) against the Los Angeles Rams in Week 11.

The first 8 weeks they played 4 teams with top 10 defenses (Saints - L, Bears - L, Giants - W, Saints - L). The one win they had was against Daniel Jones.
The last three weeks they mauled the Panthers (25th ranked D) and lost 3 point games to the #4 and #6 defenses in the league.

i am a lazy millennial so I wont read the article, but do they talk about the number of targets AB has received and how they have performed in those situations?
NFL
Steve Levy and whoever was in there with him last night barf-o-rama'd all game long. Talking in absolutes about a call going one way, then when it didn't they started roasting fans who "don't understand" the rules. It was fun though watching them tapdance around eggshells to not call the entire game the sloppy garbage it was. I'm not sure how much more QB bukkakke I can take.
NFL
I saw Steve Levy at the 4 OT game in DC in 97(?) in the concourse between the 3rd and 4th OT. I called his name but he didn't respond. When I got back to my seat I realized I was yelling MARV instead of Steve. Guess the Bills were on my mind...

So Frank Schwab apparently covers betting for Yahoo Sports. And yet, he is also apparently the only person on Earth who does not know that if down by 14, and you just scored, and you know you have to be going for onside kick, then going for 2-point conversion is the optimal strategy...
