This should be all the proof people need right here. Pouncey would have joined Garrett in beating Rudolph if he actually said racist stuff.Maurkice Pouncey would've fed Rudolph his own liver if he had said that.

If there was the same exact amount of evidence (zero) that Garrett hit a woman, Mina Kimes would be doing completely the opposite. ESPN just basically traded in for a newer Michelle Beadle

The twists and turns with Antonio Brown’s personality keep us all on our toes. Earlier this week, Brown took to social media to do what we all thought was take ownership for his part in the problems with the Pittsburgh Steelers and offer something of an apology.
Fast forward just a few days and someone decided to stick a microphone in front of him and Brown did what he does best. Completely contradict himself. Brown did an interview with Power 105.1 as he continues to promote his music and the topic of the Steelers had to come up.
I think it was all an act with him,” Brown said talking about Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger. “Guys around him could never really see eye to eye … There’s rules, and then there’s Ben.”
This is rich coming from a guy who the team let do pretty much whatever he wanted, including letting him live off of campus during training camp. I think if we’ve learned anything since Brown was traded, the Steelers cut him a tremendous amount of slack as a player.
He also doubled down on his dislike for JuJu Smith-Schuster and aimed it at preferential treatment by Roethlisberger. “He think he the best, I am the best,” Brown said. “Ben (was) trying to force him the ball to make him the guy … Everyone want to protect the little kid and come after me these days.”

Absolute master class in addressing the issue. SAS was pushing it with some loaded questions and Tomlin would not give in and came off as persuasive, ethical, and credible. Great job Tomlin. Can't remember the last time a steeler representative, be it player, coach, GM, owner, had an interview like this.

What the hell, does SAS think the league provided Tomlin a some sort of account of all the details and methods they used to confirm rudolph’s account?
Also, good for Tomlin to address it the way he did. There is a massive personal element that I never gave any thought to regarding Rudolph. I think garret at best is being delusional, at worst, malevolent, but that is a terrible accusation to try and get stuck on Rudolph. So, shame on espn as well, glad Tomlin didn’t hold back there.

I still go back to the notion that Rudolph's own team mates would've murderized him if there was the slightest hint that this happened.
"Steelers' backup QB Mason Rudolph has been placed on season-ending IR after suffering a dislocated sternum and freak colorectal perforation in practice today."
Now, do I think it is possible that, say, Pouncey said that to Garrett in the moment? Yup.

If Pouncey did say that, what sort of punishment would he receive?I still go back to the notion that Rudolph's own team mates would've murderized him if there was the slightest hint that this happened.

I’m in favor of these changes. If and when a new collective bargaining agreement is finalized -- and there is now mounting optimism it could be done sometime in the next week -- it is expected to change the NFL's playoff structure as it is currently constituted for next season, league sources told ESPN.
Under the current CBA proposal that NFL owners are pushing for, the playoff field would be expanded to seven teams from each conference, while the regular season would be increased to 17 games per team and the preseason shortened to three games per team, sources said.
As part of the proposed playoff format, only one team from each conference would receive a first-round bye as opposed to the two that currently do, league sources said. That would mean a revised postseason schedule that includes six games on wild-card weekend, with three on Saturday and three on Sunday.

Changing the playoff structure for TV $$$$$$ is dumb.

I'm okay with with the 17 game season so now I can really hold Tomlins 8 win seasons against him. No more "hurr durrr never had a losing season."
