Is there any justification for Burrows to not be the highest paid quarterback after he gets his extension this offseason?

Bungles have like 50mm in cap space this offseason, they will have to use basically all of it on Burrows
I think the best QB in the NFL deserves that money, well - you figure out a way to keep him and Chase together for their primes.

May have been talked about earlier in this thread, but just wanted to throw out there that I'm not a fan of the neutral site conference championship game idea the NFL wants to do.

That was just a one off thing because of the Hamlin situation right? I don't think they plan on doing that in general?

I kind of want the Bengals to be the new Bills. Lose the SB several years in a row.

Take Bungling to a higher level.

Nope, multiple reports over the weekend the NFL is looking to making this a permanent thing in the future.

Think it through, had this happened - the NFL would now have an opening for cities to host "championship" games the same way they host Super Bowls - ie the city bids on it, pays the NFL money and that money goes to the owners.

Think of a "Final Four" weekend hosted by a city with a game on Saturday and a game on Sunday... or two cities hosting those games, and the money that could bring in to the league as these cities pay to host. The northern owners would be stupid, and would take the payday... places like NE, Pitt, etc would never host an AFC championship game again.

lol called it. Madden saying that if JuJu wins a SB with KC it's flying high on borrowed wings.

78 receptions and 900+ yards receiving. Yes, we certainly can't see past the hate there.

Dumb. You win more, you get home field. If it snows 10 inches Saturday night and Philly's home field advantage is even more- win more games 49ers.

If I'm Buffalo, New England, Pittsburgh, New York, Chicago, Green Bay, Cleveland, etc, etc, I'm telling the shield to eff off. Except there's ca$h involved.

Also, it's expensive enough for the average fan to go see these games at home. $300+ for that playoff game in Santa Clara yesterday. Now they have to go travel to Atlanta, Miami or somewhere? Sorry, Joe fan, you're even more priced out.

I really don't like the idea of a neutral SB or a neutral championship game, but I'm not losing sleep over it. The only thing I get gripes about is going great lengths to take the element of surprise out of it. Weather was that surprise, you should have to conquer all to win, but money rules all.

Parsons was really good yesterday. He hip tossed Mike McGlinchey at one point after running through Kittle...it was pretty crazy. He's a very disruptive force.

49ers - I’m on the @NAN train with them. Still have scars from the 80s as they and the Deadskins were the obstacles to the Bears in the playoffs.

Bungles - F them and this ‘hope they send refunds for the championship game’ bs. I guess small minds need anything for motivation. They have taken a life and death situation and monetized it for their benefit.

Eagles - Phuck Filly

So I guess I’m down to the Chiefs. But my level of care on either game is pretty low anyway.

Neutral conference championships is a bad idea. The super bowl is a national spectacle so that's fine but the best teams deserve the best chance to get there

Why are we conditioned to hate teams that win a lot? Like... I'm over the chiefs bigly.

But, plot twist, if you like teams that win instead it seems you'd be happier?

I don't think people like the idea of these teams winning so much, because that's all you're going to see or hear discussed.

Bengals haven't won enough to get annoying yet.

Bills have been at the end enough that I'm over the Josh Allen love.

49ers/Eagles, don't really bother met yet - but Philly came close with that 13-0 talk at the time prior to their first loss.

I don't want Philadelphia to win. I'm pretty open to the other three though...I wouldn't mind if Brock Purdy won three Super Bowls in his first four seasons while doing various shades of not much...

I'm rooting for a Kelce bowl, my home team versus my sisters so that'd be nice. 9ers are a fun story, but last night they looked a whole lot more beatable than they have the last two months.

I think the Chiefs were the better team last year; but I honestly can't believe anybody could look at what the Bengals have done the last month and not give them the edge. The tables have turned, and Mahomes's legs being taken out of the equation are going to make that game a bloodbath. I can't believe they're still giving Cincy points.

Yeah, a lot of the AFC game and how it goes is going to be determined by how hurt Mahomes is. I know they said he has a high ankle sprain, which is no joke, but how bad it is, no one knows.

If it significantly affects him, I'm going Bangles.
