The NC pulled pork is wrong. It's not in 'sweet BBQ sauce', it's vinegar based.

Meh, I don’t know about this... maybe ham with apple and Cabot cheddar. Vermont isn’t really know for a specific sandwich. But the apple and cheddar is definitely a thing. Apple pie served with a slice of cheese.

also, as a non Pennsylvanian, Philly cheeseteaks are probably the most recognizable geographically related foods. But aren't sandwiches because a sub != sandwich
