I like the gyros that are closed off at the bottom so the tzatziki and lettuce don't fall into my hands. I've always eaten them more like an ice cream cone than a taco. Why else would they only be wrapped at one end?

also that's upsetting because "calzone" isn't the superset of things completely wrapped in starch. Dumplings are the superset. All calzones are dumplings but not all dumplings are calzones
