Started a new OoT: Master Quest file a few days ago. Still a lot of fun.

Nice laser shot there!

I've been grinding camos on Shipment HC 24/7. So cancerous!

At one point yesterday, I spawned and died instantly without even enough time to move from spawn eight times in a row. Still finished 81-65 or something.

But it's getting obvious I'm getting to old for games like CoD. Too fast for me.

Thanks. Gotta upload my triple heli kill at the beginning of one game.

Always hated shipment but was playing core shipment the other week and in two games I went 92-28 or something close to that. Running the mp5 and throwing knives

I feel about 3 steps too slow in Warzone. I'm fine in battlefield games and can often carry a 2+KD.

CoD though? Too quick for me, can never see people or am always just outside the action.

Just jumped back into Battlefield V after not playing it since early April, just playing CoD. Man, it felt slow and strange. Really can't do a lot of switching between games evidently.

Preloaded the new Command and Conquer remaster. That should be fun...

The day they announced that BFV support was done, was the day I uninstalled it. Which is sad, because BF has been my life for a decade plus.

Watching TikToks and Twitch feeds of people playing COD online, to me, is the biggest anti-advocacy argument for multiplayer I can imagine. It just does not look the slightest bit entertaining. If I were to do online multi, it would be in a more co-op format, like ARMA. Even something like Ghost Recon Wildlands looks more enjoyable.

I basically only play online multiplayer, for a few reasons. The first is time commitment. I like being able to jump on a play a few quick games of Rocket League or a game of NHL without much commitment. Single player games are hard for me because they take a lot of time, I often forget where I was/what I was doing when I'm able to jump back in and play again. Also, my attention span sucks. Cut scenes bore the **** out of me. Any time I'm not actively playing, I check out.

I used to play a lot of COD but that experience got stale. With battle royale games, specifically PUBG, I have a group of friends to squad up with (no randoms), we spend a lot of the slow game BSing, and then get into it with strategy and call outs when the action picks up. It feels like there are actual stakes involved too, as opposed to COD deathmatch. It's a blast.

I hear ya. I've played since the Wake Island demo in 2002.

They added a couple of maps, some vehicles for the US and Germany, and some gadgets and weapons will be weekly unlocks. But a WWII game without Russians or Normandy invasion maps? It's sad. Really sad.

I actually dislike CoD proper, but enjoy warzone. I would never buy the game.

I'm loving RDR 2 thus far. I've mostly been ignoring the plot and focusing on the hunting challenges and crafting upgrades for the camp. I worked on getting all of the satchels unlocked, so now I have a huge inventory size, and I'm also working on hunting the legendary animals. Annoying, it looks like three of those animals are located in the part of the map that's currently "Wanted: Dead or Alive," and I read that part of the map doesn't unlock until the game is practically over. That ticks me off because I like some of the Trapper outfits that use parts from those off-limits legendary animals.

Wolves, cougars, and panthers can eat me (and many already have, literally). I'm supposed to be an amoral, homicidal outlaw, but even I don't try to immediately murder every human I see.

Watching the stream of the PS5 launch event, and the thing looks absolutely bonkers.

All of the studio heads have an Uncanny Valley vibe to them. Could just be a trick of the lighting, but I sorta wouldn't be surprised if at the end of things they said everyone was CG using the new GFX capability of the PS5.

So now that both next gen consoles have been revealed, when do fanboys get to choose who won?

I never thought in a million years that this sentence would form in my brain, but...... that video game console is sexy.

Just checked... it really is. Wouldn’t fit into my tv stand, though, unless that thing can sit on its side.

have they announced a price on it yet? I don't use my 4 as much as I should, but I still feel obligated to buy a 5.
