Your first problem is thinking that you need to remove the board in order to install a cpu fan. ;)

There's a backplate bracket for the new fan that goes on the underside of the board. And the board side panel of my case obscures two of the mount points.

If Mrs Meow wants in you could also do Mario Party
Man, Mario Party pisses me off. I get that there is always an element of luck in board games but that one feels like nonstop RNG. I am easily the best in my house at mini games but even that isn't a guarantor of success.

Anyone ever watch the "Video Game Years" on Amazon prime. I'm enjoying them. It really starts picking up for 1986 and beyond. NES comes out and those are the games I remember the most.

Good watch if you have time.

Was watching a streamer play the new Assassin's Creed. There was a dude on dude sex scene with the main character.

Battlefront II is pretty good so far, so thanks for that recommendation. I enjoyed playing a Jedi more than I thought I would.

Wasn't sure where to put this, but I settled on this thread.

I noted in Randomness that James May just bought (half) a pub, and the latest Food Tribe episode was a test run of the menu with some hand-picked friends of FT. One of which was Jimmy Broadbent, who rolled up in a Nissan GT-R, so I guess that YT streaming thing is working out for him.

His stuff showed up in my recs right at the beginning of the pandemic, so I went through his old Gran Turismo vids. I think his channel more than doubled in size since then, thanks in part to the Virtual F1 races.

He's also bought a 555 Impreza (with more letters) recently.

Shed-based sim racing is good content

I just found these over the weekend. This one and his unethical zoo series might be my favorites.

Anyone play this game in the 90s? I remember having this game on my Packard Bell 486. Serious nostalgia... I spent hours playing this.
