I’ve played Ranked a bit (Bronze 1 represent!!!), but really prefer 12v12 of Big Team Battles. It’s just so much more fun. Also, Slayer FTW. Capture the Flag would be my number 2, but I dislike the others. Oddball is trash.

So what can you do for stick drift? I was standing still on a platform not touching the joysticks, but my guy was just inching forward slowly. I had to continually move back so that I didn’t fall off the edge.

Adjust your dead zones in the game settings until you no longer move.

Nah stick drift is annoying. And it’s even more annoying that there isn’t a system wide fix for it and you have to rely on the in game settings (afaik).

Figured out where to go for saved matches. Here’s that snipe I mentioned. The zoom on the S7 is insane, and it takes some used to tracking somebody.

Made the mistake and subscribed to r/halo. So toxic that the mods literally shut it down for a day. Does anybody hate video games more than people who post on video game subs?

Literally just on r/BattleField2042 a few minutes ago. Although I don't think it's been shut down, it is an awful place. Just filled with teens who don't know how the world works - why EA pushes out an unfinished game, dumbs down a game (in their eyes), and so on. Just a toxic meme filled cesspool.

And it should be - BF2042 is not a good game right now. Halo, from what I've read, has been well-received - so who knows what the toxicity is all about.

A similar thing happened with Rocket League for me. I thought it was just a fun, cool game to pass time. Lot of try-hards in that subreddit.

The halo toxicity has literally all been about progression, item cost in the store, and playlists. They're basically harassing individual devs now too. This has been my experience with literally every game sub I've ever been to. I find myself really enjoying a game, want to learn more about it or which strategies work better, go to its sub and I'm hit with "THIS GAME IS LITERALLY THE WORST THING TO EVER HAPPEN IN LIFE AND IF YOU LIKE IT YOU ARE AN IDIOT." Damn guys, I just wanted to know if I should be using the MP5 or the Milano.

Speaking of toxicity and video games, Activision/Blizzard is having issues.

Evidently, a group of QA testers for Warzone were laid off, due to restructuring. So another studio involved with CoD, is walking out today.

Raven is currently the lead developer of Warzone. Nice to see them sticking up for their people. Although they have about 350 employees so "at least 30" planning a walkout isn't some huge number.

You should try reading r/DestinytheGame.

The mods exist, but are useless. The display name was, at one point, changed to "salt emporium" because people just complained non-stop.

There are two big issues between both:

1. People take "the squeaky wheel gets the grease" and think complaining ad nauseum without constructive feedback about something is enough for a change to be made.

2. People take things way too seriously, and something not being to their exact wishes and desires is world-ending to them.

It's all absolutely ridiculous. Are there legitimate criticisms of both? Of course. But that gets lost when the sub basically gets brigaded with "THIS ASPECT OF THE GAME SUCKS" threads.

One of the lead devs at Respawn - responsible for Titanfall and Apex Legends - resigned yesterday. **** them all for not giving us a Titanfall 3.

Vince Zampella - creator of Titanfall/Respawn - is now taking a bigger role with EA DICE and Battlefield. Hopefully, he'll kick some ass and get that series back on track.

I know pretty much anyone that played World of Warcraft at one point or another on this board no longer does. I only play classic servers.

Anyways, Activision has totally butchered the WoW lore with this latest expansion. It is universally hated. Essentially, they came up with this new big bad "The Jailer", that, as it turns out, was responsible for virtually every bad thing that ever happened in all of the previous expansions. Invasion of demons? That wasn't the Burning Legion, that was the Jailer. Undead scourge? That wasn't the Lich King, that was the Jailer. And so on.

And in datamined spoilers that just came out today with the second patch of this current expansion, he has already been defeated, apparently.

I have a feeling this expansion is going to be forgotten as canon quickly.

Wipe coming Sunday for EFT. @Morkle
What lvl did you make it too? My first wipe earlier this year I made it to lvl 12-this one I made it to lvl 33.
I know all of the maps down to the hidden stashes except for reserve and labs.
This next tarkov patch is going to change the game a lot more than ppl think with adding inertia. The jiggle peeking will not be a thing.
