Regarding Kamakiriad, and maybe because I listened to grateful dead for 90% of 2020, but damn does it sound amazingly crisp and tight. I can't remember listening to an album with such clarity. Sounds awesome blasting on headphones

I've been listening to the Nirvana Unplugged album on repeat the last few days.

Was never that big a Nirvana fan at the time, but that Unplugged show was fantastic.

I was an uber fan at the time and actually hated it at first, but mostly because I was dumb and still viciously mad at Courtney Love.

When I worked at Universal Music Group, the head litigation attorney's office was directly across the way from mine. This was the period when she sued Geffen for control of the Nirvana masters. Entertainment lawyers have a pretty robust vocabulary of sexist and misogynistic insults, let me tell you.

This is fantastic! That's one album (with the exception of Like a Hurricane) that I do not listen to often.

I could be wrong, but I think Wilco was the last band I've ever seen live.... back in the good old days when I hugged 3000 people a day and covered the world in my spit.
