I bought a Audio Technica M40x headset, and it just arrived today. Rrrrreally loving it right now. Very good headset for only $100.

Looked at a bunch of reviews and a lot of people prefer it over the more expensive M50x.

Django Reinhardt
As a guitar player, I have never been able to figure out how he was able to play at all, never mind with such virtuosity.

My favorite story about Creed is the same day they announced they were breaking up, the members of the band not named Scott Stapp announced they were forming a new band with a different less Scott Stappy singer....... and that new band's first single was released one week after Creed broke up.

Also, as I recall it the break up press release was published at like 10 am, and the "we're forming a new band" press release dropped at like 10:02, from the same PR firm.

Taylor Swift fans are a special breed of psychotic.

https://www.thedailybeast.com/taylor-sw ... ore-review
But certain lines didn’t sit well with Swift’s most rabid fans. And perhaps more importantly, the 8.0 numerical score that accompanied Mapes’ review—a metric determined not by the reviewer, but from multiple staffers’ ratings—threatened to drag down the album’s aggregated Metacritic score.

That, apparently, was an intolerable insult.

Various tweets, some of which have now been deleted or removed and some of which still remain, included Mapes’ address and phone numbers old and current. Some have included photos of Mapes and even her home. Users have “joked” about burning her house. Others have posted screenshots of a Halsey tweet responding to a bad review earlier this year—in which the singer wrote, “can the basement that they run p*tchfork out of just collapse already.” Halsey deleted the tweet at the time after realizing that Pitchfork is, in fact, run out of One World Trade Center.

Swift’s representative did not respond to multiple requests for comment.

I have spent the month of July trying to become a piano player so Mrs Tif and I can sing Hamilton songs together. (badly)

It's amazing to me as a right-handed guy who has been a guitar player/musician for 37 years how diabolically clumsy my right hand is at a keyboard. I might as well be punching the keys. lol

Brillo Box shutting down. I hated the bar there for hanging out, but the upstairs venue was great for shows,

Who had "Max Weinberg covering a Misfits' song with members of MCR, Hatebreed, and Dillinger Escape Plan" on their "things that will happen in 2020" list?

How about this:

3 acts. 1 show. What's your ultimate concert?

This is impossible, but:

The Beach Boys (in their heyday, all three Wilsons fully present and accounted for)

Motley Crue

The Original Glenn Miller Orchestra

The Go-Gos documentary (on Showtime I think) was pretty good. New song isn't terrible either:

I'll have to check that out later.

I found a similar one with Paul's Boutique a few months ago.
