I said it earlier in this thread, but I've never heard the vitriol against Clapton for racism until a few months ago.

Plenty of disgust that he hasn't put out anything good since Layla, but that's a different story.

Recently found a new YouTube channel called The Professor Of Rock, which is a series of song histories presented by a dude called Adam Reader. Guy really does his research and often is able to interview the actual artists (Rob Halford and Sammy Hagar have been on recent episodes, for example). They aren't super deep dives, maybe 15-minute videos, but they're fun peeks at how the sausage gets made.

That's weird - I opened the YouTube video before it got set to private. It's a Phoebe Bridgers livestream from over the weekend. She changed the lyric on Moon Song from "We hate Tears in heaven" to "We hate Eric Clapton" lol.
