I saw more recent footage of Phil Collins retiring yet again. I was never them a fan after PG left but and he was one of the great 70's rock drummers:

Molly Tuttle and & Golden Highway has a new album out today (Crooked Tree). Give a listen, very good stuff. She's an incredible guitar player

I'm watching the Grammy's for the first time in a few years.

Silk Sonic put on a show and it looks like Bruno Mars is still doing his best James Brown down to the shrieks. They should cover some of his songs.

Olivia Rodrigo looks like a pro but too much of one. Seems manufactured. I've heard her name but this is the first that I've heard her music.

Some Spanish language dance music I could do without.

BTS on now. If I was 10 year-old girl this would probably appeal to me.

In general, way too much country music for my liking.

And latin dance pop music.

And theater level pop music.

Rock n' roll was absent.

Foo Fighters won 3 awards. They now have the most Grammys of any American band in history, and are second only to U2 overall. (Haven't fact-checked that, but I'll accept it.)

Not sure what that says about the Grammys. U2 has 22 wins. Gross.

Supernatural (Santana) and how to dismantle an atomic bomb (U2) have the most awards for an album. Arguably their worst albums. That's weird.

The Beatles have nine, with three of those being for the Beatles Anthology albums in the 1990s.

They have a lifetime achievement one from 2014, too.

So yeah, the Grammys are dumb.

The Beatles recording career also only lasted a grand total of 7 1/2 years, covering the very earliest days of the Grammys.

The first Grammys were only given out in the late 50s, so well into the 60s acts like The Beatles and Beach Boys would often be up against Frank Sinatra and f**king Herb Alpert. As I learned when I lost a cooking competition to someone who made a dessert, it's unfair to judge savory and sweet against each other.

Was noodling around online over the weekend and found an expired listing on reverb.com for a 1991 Ibanez RG 550 in 'Laser Blue'.

This is the guitar I had in HS and that I sold in 1997 for seed money to move.

Mine was a 1989, and the store that was offering this for sale was in Chicago. But my guitar had the exact same chip in the headstock, so this was highly glitch-in-the-Matrix for me.

Couldn't tell you how many times I bumped that part of my RG into a wall/table/etc.

Don't know why, but every time I see a picture of these guys, I'm always surprised it's them

I'd break the f**king window specifically because he was listening to Steely Dan.

The music video is available on YouTube now. The lyrics are all in Ukrainian, but it otherwise sounds like a post-Roger Waters Pink Floyd song.
