That's interesting...I've never heard of giving the best man a better gift than the other groomsmen.
I did.

I got everyone in my wedding a nice framed Pittsburgh sports themed picture of something that they would like (Crosby with the cup, Mellon Arena, Holmes' catch in the superbowl, etc). Everyone that was in my wedding had been in a bunch of weddings, so they all had enough flasks, mugs, etc.

For beer-related territory, this place does pretty cool custom growlers. Many are pre-designed, but you can submit requests in as well:

Just picked these up at Ross Park because they were so cheap. Kind of novelty, but I do enjoy an Irish Car Bomb from time to time...

And they're only $10!

Interesting name BTW.

I thought $10 for two "sets" was a good deal for something to add to the overall package. It'll end up being these with some beer and booze, and I'm picking up their shirt, tie, and pocket square since we are buying suits instead of renting tuxes.

I've been in three wedding parties, all for siblings. I was happy with two of the gifs (one was an engraved wooden box that's really nice and the other was an engraved knife) but for the first one I got a really stupid invisible ink pen. I would've been fine with nothing really, but I was more pissed because one of my brothers got a personalized baseball bag and all I got was a stupid 5 dollar pen.

haha, it's been 11 years and I'm still mad at that gift

Probably because that's a terrible gift.
