No. I'll go to the county fair, not a parking lot with trucked in dirt

they've re-done one of our local malls but only so they can film Stranger Things inside of it.
As for the closest malls to me: Robinson still seems semi-busy. I don't get down that way too often, but it always seems to have a crowd of people walking around no matter what time of day it is.

Now our mall back home (J-town Galleria), that thing is on life support. I'd be surprised if it was 50% occupied. Two of the four anchors are gone. If I remember correctly, they put it up for auction once and it didn't get any bids, but later relisted it and it sold at a sheriff's sale for dirt cheap.

We went there after a show at the Palace because frankly there's nowhere else to eat in Greensburg after a show at the Palace. It was crazy.

One thing about Beaver Valley is that at least all anchors are occupied- Penney's, Boscov's and Dicks all seem to do pretty well. They turned Sears into a Rural King which is always busy. Macy's is now a U-Haul and self storage.

When I grew up we lived midway between Lycoming Mall and Nittany Mall. Those are down to 20-25 stores now.

Its like Walmart, home depot, and tractor supply had a baby that serves free popcorn. It's the best store ever.

Aside from "It's the best store ever." Mac is right on with the description.

It was a big deal when we got a Rural King. It moved into our old Kmart. Along with the Walmart, Big Lots, Lowes, and Tractor Supply, it supplements the array of dollar stores that we have.

Isn’t the Nittany Mall getting a casino too?

I believe that's the plan. Yes.

The rural king moved into the Sears spot in the Nittany Mall.

I mean I understand why none of the folks on this board like it. But for me, it has everything I need. Where else can I go buy chicken feed, a car battery, Mason jars, powerbait and a 12 pack of new socks?

Rural King is too far away from me to make use of it. Otherwise I'm sure I'd hit it for a sale.
