I've mixed up socks before, and even put on underwear inside out, but I don't think I've ever managed to put on two different shoes. :)

Do you use shoe trees when you take off your shoes? They would help minimize those creases across the tops. I've used them for years and swear by them. Shoe leather absorbs moisture from the foot and softens over the course of the day. A good cedar shoe tree absorbs moisture and pushes the leather back out and then holds it in place as the shoe dries. I have pairs of shoes that are approaching 10 years old with multiple resoles, and the uppers still look great. I have a self-adjusting "split toe" set like this one:

I get dressed in the dark and have arranged my closet so that my brown stuff is one side (shoes, khaki's, etc...) and my black stuff is on the other. My best guess is that a child got in there and rearranged things. :)

The creases in my shoes likely come from the fact that I'm too lazy to untie them and so I just step on the back heel to take them off.

Can't say I've ever done that. I have put brown shoes on with black pants on accident before

I bought my first suit 12 years ago at Value City in Altoona for a job interview that got my career started. I've moved up in the world a bit but still have a soft spot for that old suit.

I was trying to think of the sharpest combination in terms of slacks and shoes...in my estimation, it's a nice pair of brown dress shoes with navy blue slacks. Add on a nice patterned top to that as well. I generally try and avoid black on black in terms of pants/shoes.

Because I'm immature (last post notwithstanding), I'm a blue three-piece, white dress shirt, light brown shoes and hot pink tie kind of guy...that's my go-to...

I was in a local high-end (for me) boutique recently here...and they had this blue jacket with a floral print that really tickled something on in my lower regions...

If I continue to crush gambling at the rate that I am...I think becoming an even flashier dresser will be a primary result. Somewhere between Mick Jagger and Don Cherry seems like a sweet spot for me sartorially...

two were 75% off clearance price from jos bank. never buy a suit there that is less than 50% off the clearance price, ever.

the other three were ryan seacret suits from macys that were 120 bucks ea with a coupon and a sale.

i havent bought a new suit in 2 years (wear suit every day) and was starting to rip the seam in my dadhole on 3 suits so this was an emergency suit stimulus package. i will be less of a cheap bastard moving forward to avoid challenging any quality issues but any port in a storm as they say

Haha, same here, although more like 20+ years ago in my case. I actually jeans-with-a-blazer-and-vest-over-a-tshirt guy in college, and that's where I kitted out. (In addition to the first job interview suit)
