I've been enjoying AEW a lot. It's been fun to be back into present-day professional wrestling. One question though, where's Cody?
He is away filming a game show or something. He will be back at the stadium show in NY for a rematch with Malakai Black.

I assumed he was taking some time off after Brandi had a kid? Plus he has that whole tv show now with her....I assumed he was slowly trying to take himself out of being a full time wrestler.

He's probably moving to part-time wrestler and focusing on business ventures with AEW and TNT. I think AEW needs that for sure.

Cody/Dustin etc need to take a step back (which they are doing). They along with the Bucks and Omega had to carry things early on. Now they have so much talent they can kind of move over full time into the business side of things.

I watched the Nitro where Medusa debuts. I’ve seen the clip of her throwing the belt in the trash a million times. What I didn’t see was her promo before and after trashing it. And it’s obvious why it’s never shown in documentaries or highlights. She’s absolutely atrocious. It was hilarious.

Also it feels like I’m finally coming out of the Dungeon of Doom era and now it’s onto the 4 Horseman. Awesome. Still got 5 more months until Scott Hall shows up though. And I’m real over Hogan.

So we got to see FTR wrestle AND set up a likely match with Darby and Sting in one night? Guess now that the Bucks are no longer champs they are allowed out of their cage.

Also Omega vs Danielson?

Some good **** on the horizon.

Another solid dynamite to build to next weeks set of big shows. Didn't hate anything, lots of overall good stuff. Show flew by again.

Can't believe we are getting Omega vs Danielson next week.

I'm curious if they're going to break the elite up sooner rather than later, because I don't see how they're gonna turn Cole heel quickly.

They need to lose some of the peanut gallery. The Good Brothers and Nakazawa or whatever his name is need to disappear right quick.

I don't care either way with Cutler, he's a goof. Sometimes it works, sometimes it's lame.

From there, do you break up Kenny and Callis from the "super clique"? I dunno, but dumping the extraneous guys would be a good move.

I would rather see the super clique rather than the elite because of that piece. I don't think the Good Brothers really bring anything to the table. They're just interference and after the bell fodder in AEW.

There's already foreshadowing of Cole/Kenny fighting over who controls the group. So we'll see. I wonder if Kenny loses the AEW belt to Bryan and that kicks-off the downfall.

All that being said, it's a story I'm interested in, but they're flirting with the typical Heel type group where they interfere 100% of the time and cheat. Just played out.

Flair: Scumbag
Chioda: Scumbag
Henning: Scumbag
Brock: Scumbag
Dreamer: Scumbag

Xpac: Try Hard

Justincredible: okay I guess…
JR: Regretful
Razor: victim of circumstances
Dustin: let him sing

RVD: Reveals that serial rape was an okay thing in the business and widely practiced for years. Nothing more was said.

This episode is on my DVR need to watch it soon. I heard though that lots of people came out looking even worse than expected.

Tommy Dreamer is a real big POS after hearing him say that stuff and watch him justify it.
Flair, kind of knew he was always garbage.
Chioda, dude comes across like a major ******, and a predator.
Henning, meh seemed like a pretty terrible time for a prank that didn't seem that bad.
Brock, understandably upset on the prank, but real scumbag if he did those things to Terri.

JR came across as a guy that actually was trying to process his faults, and I didn't find him at fault for any of that trash that happened.

RVD - should be contacted by somebody to investigate more.

Terri - I did not like the way she justified it, was visibly upset, and then was annoyed that someone not in the business took it to court.

how would you describe Stone Cold Steve Austin's gimmick? I'm having trouble articulating it

I heard the noise about how bad Tommy Dreamer looked coming out of this episode... and it is all warranted. People like him are the reason why so many victims are afraid to tell their stories.

Sorry, but nobody wants unsolicited helicopter dick. But it was "funny".

Flair is facing some consequences too.

Bet they have a harder time getting wrestlers to participate next season.

I was kinda confused as to why they were doing Miro and Fuego del sol again but it was the catalyst to get Sammy Guevara into the TNT title scene, while making Miro even more of a monster, so it works out.

They were pushing Sammy hard awhile back, this might be his big moment, and I'm here for it.

I was so over the Pinnacle-Inner Circle Feud, but there are a lot of good wrestlers in both so I'm glad they are finally getting matched against other people again. (well Hager and Spears are both still pretty lame imo)

WWE even made a Story Time episode about Ric showing "L'il Ric" to a bunch of flight attendants a few years ago, and now they decide that it wasn't a good idea?

and I know there's a 30 for 30 watermark, but this is either the same cartoon referenced during the 30 for 30 or WWE created a similar looking one for Story Time.

It’s weird how happy those flight attendants seem vs the actual flight attendant that he assaulted. Funny how that works.

I’m so glad the good old boy bullshit is a thing of the past.
