Aww man, I had no idea that Finkel was even in bad health. That sucks man. Another huge part of the 1980s/90s WWF gone.

I think that was the same pic that I saw.

Three of the people in that pic are no longer with WWE, or technically four if you include Finkel.

I want to see R-Truth pin him in the middle of camp.

But he's the 24/7 champion. I hope Truth pins him for a TD celebration.
I called for that exact thing yesterday in the NFL thread. humble brag.

The Inner Circle are really going to have to work their asses off when crowds come back to actually be heels. Probably the last time WWE did something half this clever or fun was when Jericho was there.

Are you referencing the David Schultz video? Very random but I agree with you.

It was the subject of this weeks Dark Side of the Ring.

This, sorry, I was watching the episode and got super annoyed at his smug face.

I wasn't expecting much out of that episode considering the subject matter is much lighter than previous eps, but it ended up being very entertaining. Schultz is still a ridiculous over the top 'rassler.

From what I've seen Vince isn't really focused on as a central figure (i mean obviously he's a player in alot of these stories, it just doesn't seem like they're trying to portray him one way or the other) but he still comes off as such a scumbag so many times. I really doubt that's going to change in the season finale dealing with Owen.

Vince is a carny. Will always be a carny, no matter how much money he makes.

He went to the ends of the Earth and ponied up money to risk bribing law enforcement to get Snuka off a murder charge but basically told Schultz he's on his own for slapping a guy, and couldn't wait to disassociate his company from him.

Snuka probably didn't dodint about bringing in Mr. T, though. Plus Snuka was the WWF's top babyface at the time, with Hogan not returning to WWF until December of 83.

Like wat was mention in the episode, Hogan choked out Richard Belzer, and nothing happened with that, in regards to Hogan's standing in the company.

I also didn't realize those 2 incidents happened so close to each other.

Hogan's choke out of Belzer was much more violent, also. Schultz pretending to be surprised that Hogan didn't get the same treatment as he did from Vince is ridiculous, though. Hogan is the golden goose and you are David **** Schultz.

Another fantastic Dynamite this week.
Meanwhile, down the road in Orlando...
Last night's Raw set an all-time record low for viewers with an average of 1.68 million, down seven percent from the prior week's record non-holiday low and showing the effects of the empty arena shows is siphoning away viewers at a larger rate each week rather than stabilizing, similar to that of SmackDown on Friday.

This broke the all-time low of 1.78 million set on Christmas Eve of 2018, as well as the non-holiday record of 1.82 million set last week.

The drop in 18-49 was nine percent in viewers and the 18-49 rating was 0.46, putting the show in fourth place for the night on cable.

I don't even think the empty arena is completely to blame. From what I've seen of RAW, it's been recaps and repeats of recent matches and squash matches. I also thought this tweet brings up a good point about RAW has been running since the shutdown.

I thought that too from the stuff I've seen. It's like the WWE people can't adjust anything from what was planned. Their speaking styles on all promos - even the parts they pause for reaction or yell - they just left them in and keep doing it as if the crowds there.
