He's a carny and worse he's a redneck carny. He slapped Santino in OVW because he "no-sold" Boogeyman. He tried to fight Dunn in a creative meeting, he challenged Russo to a fight which got him served a restraining order which he then autographed copies of and sold on his website, he's been called out by wrestlers for being racist and homophobic. He's a genuine dadhole who only found success because he was part of the carny business of professional wrestling. Any other legitimate line of work would've thrown him to the curb years ago.

I will admit that I laughed at the Dunn meeting recap that he's told, and if there was a fight between him and Russo, I'd probably hope for a sinkhole to swallow the both of them. Actually, include Dunn in that sinkhole too.

But everything else, especially his obvious racism and homophobia, yes, absolute dadhole.

Oh Dunn is the worst. But can you imagine that happening in any other professional setting? No way. And he wasn't even fired after that.

Like you said, he's a carny. Even Vince himself is a bit of a carny. A corporate carny, but a carny nonetheless. It's the only possible reason why I can think of why such a thing would be acceptable.

If either of us tried to do such a thing at a meeting, we'd be escorted out immediately or snagged up by security.

Definitely one of the better redesigns for a main roster belt, but the IC title was the one belt that didn’t need one.

Man I miss how important the title was in the 80s and early 90s. I lived for the IC title scene. But of course that's when it was going around between guys like Perfect, Bret, Steamboat, Shawn, Razor, Rick Rude, etc. Not like F'n Miz 12 times or Curtis Axel

It looks like all of the new NXT/NXTUK belts. It’s not bad but it doesn’t stand out at all. Plus the classic IT title was kind of perfect. Just go to a black strap. Hopefully the tag titles are next.

Yup.... The IC title race, to me, used to be a lot more entertaining because there were such a wider variety of gimmicks and some of the best wrestlers in history.
