From the WWE rumor mill.
According to The Dirty Sheets, Bobby Lashley, Corey Graves and Carmella are confirmed to be the WWE stars to be diagnosed with the coronavirus, while Rey Mysterio, Dana Brooke, Murphy, The Miz, Kairi Sane, Roman Reigns and many others are in self isolation.

While Carmella is said to be suffering the worst from COVID-19, Lashley reportedly beat the virus and returned to work last week’s WrestleMania 36 tapings, where he had a match against Aleister Black.

Dirty Sheets’ source had the following to say about this situation:

“It’s bizarre that they are being banned on their own social media platforms and are instructed to bat away questions from the media.
Eeeeeh. I've never heard of The Dirty Sheets before and I haven't seen anybody else reporting this or anything close to this.

It does sound like something Vince would do, but Graves has been posting on twitter all week.

The Dark Side Of The Ring episode on New Jack is as you would expect... crazy. He's legit a psycho.

Yeah, every terrible thing he's done is funny to him.

This is weird. This isn’t Wrestlemania.

It's not mania but it's not bad

It’s definitely nice to have something new to watch but them acting like this holds the same prestige as all other Manias is inauthentic.

Yeah that was dumb. They’ve built her up as an unbeatable monster since her main roster debut and then Becky beats her pretty easily

I can't do it. No crowd just makes it lifeless and like they are practicing.

Alright I went back and finished night 1. Rollins/Owens was really good. AJ/Taker was surprisingly great. The tag team ladder match was also good. Overall, they did the best they could and while it didn’t feel like Mania, I appreciate the effort.

The boneyard match was the best thing the WWE has done in years. That was incredible and entertaining. Over the top but they embraced it and it was great.

I hope Matt Hardy gets some credit. He basically pioneered those outdoor cinematic match concepts. The boneyard match doesn’t happen without the hardy compound matches.

That's what I've been saying. All of these shows have the vibe of a dress rehearsal.

Time between Gronk announcing that he's like to win the 24/7 title tonight and him actually winning it: 69 minutes. That almost seems a little too coincidental.

Gotta up the nonsensical title count and cool off other talent.

Why was Edge vs Orton 45 minutes long?

was it really? My head was in my laptop for most of that match.

I lost interest about 10 minutes in.
