Watching that Jericho segment, it is crazy how far and away over The Rock was against anyone when he spoke on the microphone.
Oh he was over, for sure, but even in that segment, EVERY single line Rock said ended with a catch phrase. It was just "sing along with The Rock" one line after another. No different from what he was criticized for doing in his feud with Cena. Entertaining, sure, but I prefer when he's more creative and actually cuts a promo instead of just reciting his greatest hits.
That's why I never... ok, for the most part, never got into The Rock. Same catchphrases, over and over and over. I did laugh when he did the segment and said "oh nonono, this isn't song along with The Rock." At least he recognized it. Same reason I didnt like Road Dogg, and even the same reason (and I know this is gonna sound odd) I don't like Paul Heyman.

Complete sidenote because I'm too lazy to make a separate post, what happened with Graves and Carmella and who was the one making the post?

I think the situation is a bit more complicated. Rumor is they have been going through a divorce for some time. Does that excuse Graves? Probably not. I don’t know. I just think it’s not as simple as it seems and there are two sides to the story.

Unrelated: that tag teams championship elimination chamber was surprisingly good.

it's getting worse than the Big Show or Kane doing turns. I've lost track how many times he's turned in the last few months.

That chamber match was incredible. If that was a test for Kofi he passed with flying colors. Put the strap on him damnit.

Totally agree. He deserves main event booking and to get the strap. He could go over like crazy at Mania.

It's like WWE plays in a league that bans slam dunks.

He looks a little flabby. Spending too much time with Owens and Potato Joe?

IIRC he just came back from elbow surgery.

Also the NXT call-ups. Seems like it's a ratings grab but they already went out of the way to kill Black's character with this #moody" reference ****.

Speaking of WWE killing people, they're doing everything in their power to **** up the Becky Lynch storyline. It was so easy. They were handed that story on a silver platter and they still manage to **** it up by going back to the same old **** with the evil authority figure holding back the fan-appointed babyface. All you had to do was put Becky in a ring with Rhonda and let them hype the match. It's so **** simple.

Ronda also needs to stop being such a good sport about everything. Absolutely kills her character.

That goes for every wrestler, especially heels. Nobody gets mad anymore. They laugh off insults and promos. Watch an old school face to face promo and they actually take each other seriously.

Rumor is Bruce Prichard has been re-hired by WWE in a similar role as before, basically Vince’s number 2. Not sure what this means for Something to Wrestle, but it’s a good move by WWE. More wrestling guys, less Hollywood rejects please.

Wow. Very interesting.

He's never been too critical of WWE on the show but have to think this is the beginning of the end of his podcast career.
