Summerslam is tomorrow and the only reason that’s interesting is the show is rated TV-14. First WWE event in 11 years to be rated anything other than PG.

Probably another attempt to get Roman over. I bet he drops an F-bomb while bleeding, crotch-chopping, and stripping naked.

WWE cuts away from one of their free matches to a split screen... that is promoting their own event.

Why?

To get people who are watching it free to buy the network to see the show. Makes sense.

Shane sucks at everything but taking an ass kicking. His striking is so bad it's comical.

I’m assuming he breaks out of the fiend and wrestles as Bray again at some point. I dug the presentation though. It was over the top and highly produced but fun and totally different than anything else on the show. I actually enjoyed the show quite a bit.

I'm still not sure where I stand on this. I want to like it. I like the old 90s stuff where wrestlers had a gimmick or a side job and they just weren't an everyday person. I like how over the top and cartoony this gimmick is.

However, the tie-in to the kids show host with a dark side, I don't get how the two connect. A lot of the internet crowd is like "omg, this is **** amazing!" Eh, it's Wyatt 2.0 with a mask and a minor character tweak.

Like nocera said, it's sports entertaining. I just have a feeling he'll be jobbing to Orton or Reigns by the time Mania season gets here.

Summerslam is tomorrow and the only reason that’s interesting is the show is rated TV-14. First WWE event in 11 years to be rated anything other than PG.
so did anybody pick up on why the rating bumped to TV14?

I swear when I loaded it up on the network last night it still said TV-PG, but I don't think there was anything on that show that would have made it TV-14 though I didn't see Brock/Seth. Anything that was really risque langauge wise seemed to be on a delay and edited out anyways.

I want to like it. The entrance was cool. It's different. I guess I just want to see what long term plans they have for this. Eventually he will need something outside of a cool entrance.

Gonna be interesting when they build up Wyatt to job mid-high tier talent. I think the Baylor thing worked well yesterday because he wants a break reportedly, but it'd have been better had he truly destroyed Balor. The match itself seemed weak.
