Power slammed through a table so he could go to the back and rest. I’m sure he’ll be back for the finish. They shouldn’t have hot shotted his return. They shouldn’t have hyped up the return so much. Botched.

The problem is this exact same match could’ve taken place with Reigns. It’s like they didn’t change the booking at all. It doesn’t matter that it’s Angle. It could literally be anybody in there pretending to be Roman.

I just think that whole match storyline was constructed to get Roman over. He was also going to get injured and come out to make the save. It’s the same as when Dolph took Roman’s spot at Survivor Series and ended up as the sole survivor. That was clearly Roman’s moment just as tonight was supposed to be. The fact that it was Angle didn’t matter. Could’ve been anyone. Not special at all.

I always wondered how bad that must suck to take the double stomp move from the top. You have to hit that just right or you end up breaking some ribs or worse. The visual looks cool, but not the easiest spot to do.
