That vignette for Bray and Daniel Bryan got me pumped for the match. Then I realize it's been like a week build up. For Gods sake build a feud. Let it simmer. At least Brock and Rey has been going on for 3 or 4 weeks now

I refuse to believe that women's wrestling is on the same level as mens. I get those large matches are a cluster, but that last one had so many blown spots, people looking for moves, just blah.

Becky sucks too, she's hit the expiration date as far as I'm concerned. Also NXT winning last night, they're pretty concerned about AEW if they're putting them over most everyone.

I don't think I'll make that broad generalization about women's wrestling. There are plenty of women's matches that have a ton of heat and absolutely deserve to main event. This match was just not one of them. The crowd was dead and as you said, Becky may have hit her expiration date. The crowd just isn't digging her matches, though she's still pretty over during promo segments, which is odd.

My biggest issue with NXT winning is if the "developmental" folks are beating main roster folks, why the **** should I care about Smackdown or Raw? What does that say about their rosters in both reality and kayfabe? I get wanting to make NXT look strong, especially now that's on USA and competing with AEW, but doing so at the expense of your main roster is a bad look. All that said, I hope that's the end of the brand war nonsense and every show can just get back to normal.

Becky reminds me of McGregor, honestly. They went with the brash, loud-mouth persona and when McGregor started losing, people started caring less and even turning on him. Becky is in that spot, she's lost enough that her talk doesn't matter anymore.

I just don't like women's wrestling I guess. It's always slower, always coming off coordinated to the point of garbage.

Agree 100% in regards to NXT talent. Giving them almost the entire show to win, and get over just cheapens everything else.

I usually just watch the highlights on Reddit. There have been a lot less clips lately.

AEW is also struggling to sell tickets in Cleveland and Corpus Christi (duh). Might be time for them to move to smaller venues.

I'll usually put RAW on for the first half hour then switch to either any NHL game or MNF. I got lazy and didn't feel like switching around, so I made it through the first hour of RAW. It was bad.

I don't mind that Truth is a 9000x champion. I don't even mind the constant title changes. Before I start into my "it's still real to me dammit" rant, I know I shouldn't be expecting much from this writing team. But there are way too many celebrities winning this thing. You want to do it during Mania weekend, fine, I get that. But since August we've had a college football analyst, an NBA center, the mayor of Knox County (ok, he gets a pass), an EDM DJ, and a NASCAR driver that have all held the belt.

I have $10 that says Santa or one of his elves wins the belt during the Christmas show. Maybe they'll even have Santa pinning the elf or the elf pinning Santa because that will be absolute fun.

Interesting that they're calling it the "core" members of Hogan, Nash, Hall, and X-Pac. I've never thought of Waltman as a core member of the nWo. Also that now makes him a two-time Hall of Famer. How is Bischoff not included? I wish they would have the entire nWo up on stage. Where's Bagwell, Steiner, Horace Hogan, Scott Norton, Vincent!? Seriously though, poor Virgil.

Guess it's good to be in the Kliq.

Syxx wasn't even an original member. He was sixth after Hall, Nash, Hogan, Giant, DiBiase, and even nWo Sting and was only in the group for 18 months (9/96 - 3/98). If I had to take a guess, I'd say half of the original (pre-red/black) nWo was in longer than him.

And yes, give Virgil his day in the HOF.
