Road Dawg also quit as the head writer of Smackdown citing Vince being too controlling and constantly changing scripts.

The small portion I saw of the HOF, I was wondering whey DX was out there saying "Vince McMahon" over and over again, but I guess that answers that. So right after Bret's speech that got someone fired, Shawn and them are out there mocking the whole thing and that's perfectly fine I guess.

I don't get into a lot of the stuff that Vice produces, but the wrestling specials that they've been doing have been really good. They just released one about The Montreal Screwjob (link at the top) and who was behind it.

they need to give Cornette another hour to give us his feelings about Russo and that one host that works afternoons on The X

I highly recommend the Bruce Pritchard podcast in general, but the episode on the Screwjob was fantastic.

I couldn't sleep last night so I stayed up and watched the Bruiser Brody one. That one was really good.

he also made a comment after he originally retired that one day he'd come back under a mask and nobody would know any different. Based on that Violent Gentlemen Hockey hoodie that the masked wrestler is wearing and that Punk wears semi-regularly, it's almost like he wanted it to be known. Either that or somebody is having some fun with some rumors.

Apprently he has done this a few times though, so maybe it was him.

What's Sasha Banks' deal? Is she really that pissed off and threatening to quit over dropping the Women's Tag belts? She's been making cryptic posts on social media and word is she was legit pissed and they just let her take some time off to come to her senses. She has been getting a crap deal with creative the last year but you can tell she definitely thinks she's about 50X better than she is. She shows her emotions on camera all the time when she isn't happy, I'm sure that goes over well.

Had RAW on while cleaning the kitchen but the sound down. Triple H opened the show then it was 20 minutes of wrestlers coming down to the ring one by one screaming at each other. Can already tell this show's going to be horrendous.

I never understood why they use that open so much. Seth comes down and says his piece, followed by six other wrestlers. You're right, literally 20 minutes of blah blah blah. If it were the show before an Elimination Chamber, I would understand since all wrestlers would probably be facing each other. But this time? Nope. Just talking for the sake of talking.

Remember when Bray Wyatt was over as **** and had entire arenas singing "He's got the whole world in his hands?"

WWE massacred that character.

Oh boy... wow with that Bray Wyatt thing. Man thinking back to the family’s debut and the wrestlemania entrance to now this. Hard botch by WWE.

It'd be an interesting character if we didn't already know they will **** it up in 2 months time.

Probably wasn't selling any merchandise. People might sing your song, but if they don't spend $ specifically on you, it's meaningless.

Catch 22. People won't buy merch for a wrestler who isn't pushed, and a wrestler won't get pushed unless they move merch.

you're giving it that long? I give it another two weeks of promos and two matches on RAW before he "snaps" and goes back to his old character. That or they'll try to ride it out for maybe a month, wonder why it didn't work, blame the whole thing on Bray and have him job weekly on Main Event until they reinvent or recycle his character again.

But he was pushed, a lot. Between the stupid lantern, the stupid rocking chair, and the stupid back bridge thing that he did... we were force fed a lot of Wyatt.

Now if they just decide that we've seen enough of Potato Joe...

He was pushed until he wasn't, which was very quickly after winning the title. They demystified his character way too quickly. Cena beat him then Taker then he was nothing.
