This is one of the dumbest things I have ever seen. Fresh pasta requires just 00 flour, eggs, salt, and olive oil.

NTP I'd say that ingredient list is twice as big as it needs to be; you only really need flour and some other 'wet' ingredient to hydrate it. Doesn't have to be eggs, can just be water. And the flour can be bog standard AP, too, just use more of it in the recipe.

All of which makes the video even more of a sin imo. It's like an exercise in "how ridiculous can I be and still get this monetized".

You're not wrong, but I prefer what I listed, personally. My grandmother would have beaten me with a wooden spoon if I made pasta without egg.

I decided to vacuum seal about a pound of the burnt ends so that I could enjoy them in a few weeks. Even reheated, these things are outstanding.

I was given a (used) Cuisinart ice cream maker. Tell me that I want to keep this thing and not just throw it right in the trash?

Use it to make ice cream and let that be the deciding factor.

Aldi’s spiral cut ham has been surprisingly solid in years past.

I didn’t see this at our local Costco last week, unfortunately.

I've found that cooking the ham sous vide results in the juiciest, not overcooked ham.

As someone that doesn't enjoy ham the best part of Easter is when my wife makes ham salad the next day. So good.

I had a hot ham and cheese sandwich (grilled cheese with a slice of ham in it) yesterday. I did my part for easter.

I never know what to do with it, so I cubed some up this year and vac sealed in a few bags. Omelets on the blackstone at camp will be good.

I made the traditional Easter meal of Slow Cooker Carnitas and made fantastic tacos from it.

Found these at Costco.

Made these tonight. Flavor was good, but they were tough as hell and overcooked. Too bad.

First pizza night with the Ooni was awesome. This thing is great. Gonna learn as we go, definitely some things that need fine tuned but it'll be fun
