My Dad bought into half a cow with a friend and he gave my wife and I a big box of goodies. Grilled up a Delmonico steak last night. Yes, grilled, with fire. Like a man.

But did you use charcoal?

Your lack of grilling prowess reflects poorly on YOU, not the method...

Nah, I cheated. My grill taps into the house gas line. Not optimal but it's better than pan frying or boiling.

So apparently Starbucks boils their breakfast sandwiches? This is a new to me truth fact since I rarely go there.

They’re frozen. They need re-heated. This is an interesting method.

I recently learned that Savannah allows backyard chickens - I saw a couple hanging out on the next block. That would be (and fresh eggs).

I went to Wegman's before I ate lunch today :face: Bad move.

I did pick up a nice rockfish fillet as well as some lemon dill finishing butter. I also picked up some pan searing flour, which I didn't even know was a thing. I hate pan searing with regular flour because of the consistency sometimes, but this stuff seems like the real deal.

That's bullshit. Zero chance that many people have ever wanted a slice of Buitoni frozen pizza.
